Toyota Highlander Hybrid - starting at $33,700 and the Hybrid Limited starting at $39,950 27 Mpg City and 25 Mpg Highway. Note: The highlander hybrid is not designed to be taken off road.

Chevrolet HHR FWD - This is not a hyrbrid vehicle, but gets good gas milage and deserves an honorable mention. Pricing starts at $16,835 for the LS version 4 Cylinder 149-HP 2.2L Ecotec engine and five speed manual transmission. This car gets an estimated 22 Mpg City and 30 Mpg Highway
